CYRESRANGE builds a secure, federated network of interconnected cyber ranges, with a training marketplace, advanced scenarios for 5G, IoT, AI and industrial control systems, and large-scale cross-sector exercises. In 2026 the project opened a call for independent cyber ranges to join the network.

ECYBRIDGE built a framework for cooperation between civilian and defence actors in cybersecurity through conferences, workshops, training, tabletop exercises and policy dialogue. Its main lesson: Europe needs stronger operational connectivity between these communities during complex cyber incidents.
CYSCOE's role
- cyber threat intelligence (CTI) expertise, analysis and decision support;
- training delivery, including a live phishing attack simulation (May 2025);
- participation in the E-ARC strategic round table (Bucharest, May 2025);
- strategic analysis and dissemination.

Apply AI Alliance
Since November 2025 CYSCOE has been a member of the Apply AI Alliance, the European Commission's initiative for the responsible and trustworthy development of artificial intelligence, and is listed in its Stakeholders' Catalogue. Our focus: AI in cyber defence, threat intelligence and education.
ADA – Analyze, Decide, Act
CYSCOE is an official partner of the ADA educational program. In December 2025 the program published, in English and Romanian, the guide “Artificial Intelligence & The Manipulation of Human Perception”, written by CYSCOE community members Mircea Constantin Șcheau and Alexandru Ciprian Angheluș.

Digital platforms developed by Prodefence, a CYSCOE member, for which CYSCOE is a partner. They turn cybersecurity knowledge into tools, courses and games that people and organisations can use every day.
